Proposed theory of vortex dynamics in which vortices with the superconducting and normal state charge carriers are regarded as three subsystems mutually connected by interactions offers simple explanation of anomalous Hall effect. The equations of motion for these three subsystems are solved simultaneously and a formula which naturaly predicts Hall votage sign reversal for the Hall resistivity in the flux flow regime is obtained.
